We recommend replacing the filter cartridges at least once a year so your RO system keeps filtering the water the way it should. That is why we offer annual service on all our water filtration systems. When you book an annual service with us, our service technician will come to your house and replace the filters for you every year.
Yes, if you are comfortable replacing the filters, you can replace the cartridges yourself. We usually don’t recommend our customers replace the filters on their own as it may cause a leak. It is best to book an annual service with us and one of our service technicians can visit your house to replace the filters.
